Buying Process

The buying process couldn't be simpler as we do most of the work for you.

This is how it normally goes:

1. An initial discussion will determine that, in general terms, this is the right product at the right kind of price.
2. We will visit you to assess and discuss the best option for you at the best price! You get a written quote within a couple of days.
3. When we receive your order, we fix a date for installation. This varies between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the time of year, so plan ahead!
4. Most installations are completed in a day. It is helpful if we can get a digger to the site and place a skip nearby. A tap helps us to make sure the site is left tidy. Where possible, the surface finish is matched up. Because the galvanised steel poles are sunk a minimum of 1.5 metres into the ground, it is helpful to know where drains and cables etc run!
5. The final measurements are taken after the poles are installed and the fabric is made to measure, so the whole thing is finished off 3 - 4 weeks later.
6. Payment is not required until the installation is complete.

Planning permission is not normally required and the structure is engineered to withstand all weathers.
